What you should expect in next versions of SIGuardian?

Here is a brief list:

 

  1. Full support of S.M.A.R.T. functions:

  2. Work with internally HDD error log

  3. Off-line S.M.A.R.T. operations support

  4. Possibility to manually run short and extended self-test

  5. Power Management support

  6. Security functions support

  7. More advanced options (PACKET command, Host Protected Area, READ/WRITE BUFFER, DOWNLOAD MICROCODE and other commands drive’s support info).

  8. S.M.A.R.T. attributes change history

  9. SCSI HDD support

  10. Multilanguage support.

  11. It’ll be fully rewritten on “C++” – so, it’ll take less memory and runs faster.
