Windows 95/98/ME

Under Windows 95/98/ME, SIGuardian uses the "smartvsd.vxd" device driver. If it doesn't exist on your computer, installer will copy it to the Windows system folders and ask to reboot. If such a file already exists and your version is newer than in the SIGuardian distributive, installer asks if you want to rewrite it. Just say "no". In any other case, all needed operations will be done automatically.

After installing, to get this device driver to start operation, you need to reboot.
